Starting on June 26th, ReGreen Springfield will be offering an exciting FREE 6-week summer program of educational workshops and hands on training with world class urban foresters, arborists, ecologists, horticulturalists, and landscape architects in the field. Learn to master green skills like:
- Environmental Science
- Plant Identification
- Tree Care
- Gardening and Landscaping
- Tool Use and Safety
- Landscape Literacy
- Landscape Design
Green Corps is a great program for youth who want to get outside, stay active, and learn real-world skills they can use towards an environmental career. From planting trees to learning about ecosystems and sustainability, youth will build confidence, work with others, and make a real impact in their community. It’s a meaningful way to stay engaged, develop leadership skills, and improve both their physical and mental well-being.
