April 30, 2017 — It was a great day at the 54th Springfield Annual Elks Lodge #61 Fishing Derby, which was co-sponsored by the Springfield C-3 Policing Units. The C-3 teams were able to make sure that the youth from their neighborhoods were well represented at the Derby, and were key to success of this year’s event. The children from the C-3 neighborhoods had a great time and had smiles on their faces all morning.
