New Trees Planted in Six Corners Neighborhood

On May 6, 2012, fifteen new trees were planted on Walnut and Hickory Streets by Regreen Springfield and the Springfield Arbor Allies, along with the city Forestry Department, and other community volunteers, including Sinai Temple.

Additionally, several trees were planted in Ruth Elizabeth Park, replacing some that had be lost to the tornado.
